CODE RED is a multimedia platform and lifestyle brand created by KB “The Playmaker” Barrell. We focus on authentic interviews, cultural storytelling, and premium merchandise that reflects The Real • The Truth • The Culture.
What is CODE RED Collectibles?
CODE RED Collectibles is our official merchandise line. It includes limited-edition hoodies, joggers, caps, tees, and specialty drops tied to the CODE RED brand.
How do I purchase merchandise?
All merchandise is available at coderedcollectibles.com. Select your item, choose the size, add to cart, and follow the secure checkout process.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Once shipped, tracking details are sent via email. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Final sale and limited-release items are not eligible for returns.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us at upport@coderedmerch.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also access tracking information through your account on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have entered processing. Submit requests immediately to support@coderedmerch.com and we will assist if timing allows.
Do you offer collaborations or sponsorships?
