What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Once shipped, tracking details are sent via email. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Final sale and limited-release items are not eligible for returns.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us at info@coderedmerch.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also access tracking information through your account on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have entered processing. Submit requests immediately to info@coderedmerch.com, and we will assist if timing allows.
